Updates
- Fixed the Performance Overlay's Ping stat: it was showing a noisy, console-side bitrate/encode telemetry value (which could swing from ~10ms to 200ms on a smooth stream) instead of real network round-trip time; it now shows a genuine live ping measured once per second via the stream's own heartbeat acknowledgement, falling back to the accurate pre-connect datacenter ping when a live sample isn't yet available.
