⬆️ Updated Fluent 3D from 16.0 to 17.0 (see #3).
Note that the 17.0 support is quite limited at the moment. In this update Microsoft has used up a lot of OpenType glyph ids in the font (62200 → 64338; max 65536), and there weren't enough empty slots to put the flags in (need 2138 glyphs). So instead of patching the new font file, I patched the 1.60 one, added the new emojis' flat-color SVGs and changed its version to 1.70. The re-designs of existing emojis and new ZWJ sequences will have to wait until I can find a way to somehow compress the font and free up some glyphs.

Installation
Download the font and install it for all users! Restart your PC to apply changes.
