Fixed

• Hooks outside Apple projects – Every Axiom hook, including terminal hints, Swift write guardrails and crash-report routing, now stays silent when the working directory isn’t an Apple project, in Claude Code, Codex, Cursor and Pi. AXIOM_SESSION_CONTEXT=always or never overrides the detection for all of them, as the install guide describes.
