• Project detection – Axiom’s context now stays out of sessions started in your home folder, at the top of the filesystem, or in a folder under your home that isn’t part of an Apple project, and prompts in a session at / no longer wait on a disk scan. This applies in Claude Code, Codex, Cursor and Pi; AXIOM_SESSION_CONTEXT=always keeps Axiom on in those places, and the install guide also covers what a project checked out at /app or /workspace needs.
• Pi installation – pi install git:github.com/CharlesWiltgen/Axiom, the command in the Pi setup guide, now completes. Previously, it stopped with npm error Could not resolve dependency:.
