• Status bar for screenshots – device-control-ref now covers setting a simulator’s status bar to 9:41, full bars and a full battery for App Store screenshots, with devicectl’s screenshot preset, or with simctl status_bar and a real carrier name on iPad and older iPhones, where the preset shows the placeholder Carrier. Each override starts from a cleared status bar and is confirmed by reading it back, since some values don’t take effect even though the command exits 0; simulator-tester follows the same steps, and screenshot-validator traces a flagged Carrier to the preset and explains how to re-capture.
