Bridge load rebalance and separation. Bridge from exit-1 and exit-2 was getting double load, because it was also in random-exit, which is used by default. As a result, I got increasingly more complaints about the inability to connect to this particular bridge, despite the fact it is not dead. This quantentoast bridge has more than 1000 users which is A LOT, A VERY, VERY, VERY LOT, and I am definitely one of the reasons of this. So I rebalanced the load, now the bridges from random-exit is never used in exit-1 and exit-2. I am not sure if there will be a great effect, but I needed to try something.
