Added custom mode!
Previously after the update your old file was stored in data/torrc.txt. It is not very convenient, requires some manual actions (find the old file, copy the old file, replace the new file...), I think not many even did know about this.
While random exit, exit-1 and exit-2 are fully controlled by me, custom mode is controlled by the user. If you switch to custom mode, then write something in it (I suggest writing #Lol, this is how I tested it), then manually update with updater.cmd, the changes will remain, and they also will be mirrored in change-mode/custom! It was relatively hard to write, that's why it needed 4 new versions to be done properly. You can edit your own config in custom mode by using #Manual and #Public nodes inside its body, and a bit of creativity.
