I began working on C++ AntiTor.exe rewrite which should have a much more noble code, and it will not trigger virustotal for the reason of its sh#ttiness, which will allow me to remove the separation between AntiDetect and the regular build by abandoning the former.
The reason for the release is indirectly related to this. The URLDownloadToFile function doesn't download a file if it's empty, unlike similar functions in bash and powershell/vbs/batch, the languages in which Tor Portable was written more than entirely. This feature is critical for my GRU current system. This means that for compatibility with various functions and languages, the VERSION file MUST NOT be empty. The update is the new format for VERSION file which I also reflected in the specs.
