You can download the zip archive below, extract it, and serve the files with a web browser of your choosing.
This could be as simple as running npx serve if you have Node.js installed on your system.
When serving the files from a local IP/domain (like localhost), Jellyfin Rewind should be able to connect to your Jellyfin server that is only available in your local subnet and that doesn't have a HTTPS certificate!
