Hi everyone,

we have a few minor bugfixes for completeness' sake.
Here are the highlights:

• Fix wrong username on summary
• Allow reverse proxy configurations with custom URL paths, like http://<server ip>:<port>/jellyfin to be used
• Enter full screen when opening rewind for maximum viewing area
