Added Cyrillic small-caps.
Changed the shape of /B and /b.sc to harmonize better with the rest of the font (in particular the /R). The original shape is now available in SS01.
Added small-caps with serifes crossbars (e.sc etc.) as SS12.
Added localized Hungarian versions of /oacute, /uacute and tweaked the double acute design so as to make the appearance of all accents in Hungarian homogeneous.
