Since 0.9.7:

• Fix headless open_database hang/kill on Windows venv interpreters (#20): worker readiness is matched by the reserved bridge port (redirector launches register a different pid), managed workers are keyed by instance_id, and forced kills take down the whole process tree (taskkill /T /F) so venv redirectors no longer orphan workers.
• hcli install scripts resolve the IDA user dir per platform (%APPDATA%/Hex-Rays/IDA Pro on Windows, ~/.idapro elsewhere).
• Add pytest CI (ubuntu + windows); lifecycle matching unit tests.
