Bug fixes

- Context of records in "Comparison" view are not updated when changed in the record list
- App crashes when observed directory includes invalid files

Installation instructions
Warnings from anti-virus software may occur during the installation because I could not configure the application as "ClickOnce Trusted Publishers". CapFrameX is absolutely trustworthy and secure.
