⚙️ Behind the scenes
- Logo in header is clickable and now takes you back to the homepage as per standard UI practices.
- Downloadable CSVs for CMS-Required outcomes now download correctly without formatting errors. They should be able to be opened in Excel without issue.
- Bump nokogiri from 1.13.3 to 1.13.4
