• External Inventory list filters for location_code, location, person_id, person_name,
  department_code, project_code and user_name are now multi-select pickers populated from
  the values present in the table. The choices are computed on each page render, so values
  brought in by the importer appear without a restart. The REST API filters accept the same
  parameter repeated (?location=A&location=B); single-value calls behave as before.
