Fixed

• ?q= on the asset type list and API was a no-op: the filter form rendered the field, but
  AssetTypeFilterSet had no search() method, so every row came back. It now matches name,
  slug and description case-insensitively, like the other filtersets.
• The distribution now declares the netbox.plugins entry point, so NetBox can discover the
  plugin from installed package metadata.

Changed

• Dropped the django dependency from pyproject.toml. NetBox pins Django itself; a plugin pin
  could pull a competing version into the venv.
