• Move config storage from Documents folder to proper app support directory

Notes

• Config file location has changed:
  • Windows: C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Roaming\ccxgui\config.json
  • macOS: ~/Library/Application Support/ccxgui/config.json
  • Linux: ~/.local/share/ccxgui/config.json
• Existing settings in the old location (Documents folder) will not be migrated; the app will start with default settings
