  Resolves #290 - Fixes compatibility with Chrome 158's horizontal tab strip, including tab closing, mouse-wheel switching, hover activation, and keeping the last tab open.

• 630eefe fix: stop swapped key mappings from looping by @Bush2021

  Fixes endless remapping with swapped shortcuts such as F1=F2 and F2=F1, so the mapped key can reach Chrome.

• 67461d2 fix: keep registration order for same-priority input handlers by @Bush2021

  Key mappings now consistently take priority when a mapping and the translate shortcut use the same key combination.
