- 1a62c08: Non-image chat attachments uploaded to Builder storage no longer fail the agent run with "An attachment has inline bytes but no durable file URL". Builder's file download URL (
/o/<object>?alt=media&token=…) now counts as a durable reference, and the client, thread storage, and background dispatch all share one rule for it. - a94e957: Log which recurring-job sweep steps were incomplete, and which runs failed stale-projection retry, when the sweep route returns 500.
- Release all public npm packages with a patch version bump.
- efb0662: Keep event persistence failures visible to later flushes, durable abort requests, and run finalization without changing a durable abort outcome.
