This is another update to attempt to fix the errors on Windows 11 24H2
Changes and new features of this version:
- Upgrade to .Net 8 PR #153 by @dos-ise)
- Update dependencies to latest versions
- Move the executable to a single file, as this should eliminate the missing dependencies when MS often disappears with one
