Veritas Kanban v4.3.0

v4.3.0 moves Veritas Kanban forward as the foundation for agentic workflows: Veritas remains the source-of-truth task board, GitHub remains the durable implementation record, and the docs now cover first-class OpenClaw, OpenAI Codex, and HermesAgent/Hermes Gateway operating models.

• Veritas Cutover operating guide covering the authority model, HermesAgent roster, mandatory QA evidence gate, product/spec task template, research/revenue intake template, and Medik8 Cyprus-only task template.
• Agent Registry references for active and on-demand Veritas Cutover HermesAgent owners.
• Agent provider adapter contract for OpenClaw, Codex CLI, and Codex SDK start/stop/status/log/completion capabilities.
• Codex event mapping into activity, trace, token telemetry, and task deliverable surfaces.
• Mocked Codex JSONL fixture coverage for success, failure, malformed output, token usage, and file-change artifacts.

• Bumped safe chore dependencies: @typescript-eslint/* to 8.59.2, express-rate-limit to 8.5.0, hono to 4.12.18, postcss to 8.5.14, and shadcn to 4.7.0.
• Added dependency audit overrides for patched fast-uri and ip-address transitive versions.
• Created the dependencies and github-actions GitHub labels expected by Dependabot.
