• POST /api/github/codex/delegate for scoped @codex delegation prompts
• GitHub issue, issue-comment, and PR-comment delegation targets
• Disabled-by-default codex-cloud agent profile and provider metadata
• Cloud attempt metadata with cloudUrl and cloudTarget
• Task comments linking successful delegations back to GitHub artifacts
• Frontend API and React Query hook support

Docs

• Updated Codex roadmap, SOP, workflow examples, feature reference, changelog, package versions, and README badge for v4.2.2

Validation

• Local build, typecheck, focused route/config tests, and full workspace build passed
• GitHub CI passed on PR #315
