changes since 0.11.0:
- fetch gyro data async to the main loop
- add stm32g4 support
- split off more tasks from generic util task
- sample bmi270 temperature
- increase blackbox debug field size
intention of this rc is to get the stm32g4 support in more peoples hands.
for some reason or another it took use quite a while to get this one verified.
