tigosolar-online merged in as the Cloud source
The cloud engine of tigosolar-online is now part of this integration and replaces the previous cloud client. tigosolar-online is discontinued: install only this integration.
Cloud source
- Tigo API v4 with automatic v3 fallback, token lifecycle and re-authentication flow.
- Premium accounts: per-panel voltage, current and RSSI.
- Backoff and throttle (HTTP 429) handling, a Repair issue on prolonged outages, and a connectivity binary sensor.
- Diagnostics download.
- Device tree: System → Inverter → String → Panel.
- Lifetime energy counters are monotonic and survive restarts: they are seeded from the last stored state (or the recorder, for migrated entities) before the first refresh, instead of restarting from today's energy.
- The setup flow offers CLOUD as a source without needing an IP address.
Migration (automatic)
- Config entries move to version 3.
- Entries created by tigosolar-online (same
tigodomain) are converted to the Cloud source with unchanged unique IDs, so entities and history are kept. - Entries of the previous Cloud source (v3.1.x) are converted too: power, today/lifetime production and panel power/reclaimed keep their entity; sensors with no equivalent are removed.
- CCA/ESP32 (local) entries are unchanged.
Fixes
- No more
via_devicedeprecation warning on Home Assistant 2026.9+:via_device_idis used where supported (#37). - Coordinator failures are reported as
UpdateFailedinstead of unexpected errors with a full traceback. - Clear log hint when a CCA with locked local access (firmware >= 4.0.4) truncates responses, pointing to the Cloud source (#38).
- Cloud login step text is now translated (EN/IT/SK) instead of hardcoded Italian.
Back up Home Assistant before updating: the config entry migration is one-way.
