- App transition is now inacitve if there is only 1 app

- Every awtrix now gets an unique id for AP, MQTT and HA by default

- Adds uptime as ISO 8601 as HA sensor
- HA now gets correct device classes for sensors
- Fixes bug where date formats are not saved
Note: you may get multiple entries in HA because of the new ID. Delete the device in HA and restart awtrix.
