Upgrading from 3.0
Replace your BlueMap.jar and delete your <webroot>/index.html to update your webapp.
Also delete your storages config-folder so bluemap regenerates those, because they have changed a bit.

- Added a php-script that can be used to serve map-tiles from a MySQL-Database using an external webserver
- Added an option to only render chunks that have a specific
inhabitedTime(=> only render chunks that players actually have discovered) - The font used from the webapp is now locally hosted instead of being fetched from google
- Increased far-plane for lowres-layers (mostly visible in first-person mode)
- Fixed clicking on lowres-layer or with debug-mode on doesn't show the block-info-popup
- Fixed maps being limited on the z-axis by the min/maxY values (=> nether not being fully rendered)
- Fixed occasional black spots in the lowres-layers
- Fixed some z-fighting on lowres-tile edges
- Fixed height-map reading to determine the optimal camera-position
- Fixed a rare IndexOutOfBounds exception when doing
/bluemapright before it finished updating a map
