This is a Desktop hotfix that fixes the input lag introduced in v2.1.2, along with a few other fixes.

Fixes
- Fixes typing lag and sluggish input introduced in v2.1.2
- Fixes launching BlueBubbles while it's already running opening a second copy instead of bringing up the existing window on Linux
- Fixes a crash on startup when installed from the Snap Store on Linux
- Fixes flickering on virtual machines and systems without GPU acceleration on Linux
For Developers
- Disabled Impeller on Linux (back to Skia) until an upstream Flutter rendering bug is fixed
- Linux single-instance now uses GApplication over D-Bus instead of a lockfile;
wmctrlis no longer a dependency
