This update includes the following:

1. Added direct support for the gpt-3.5-turbo-1106 and gpt-4-1106-preview models.
2. Updated the method for calculating message tokens to be more accurate.
3. Introduced the Top P parameter option.
4. The temperature parameter now supports two decimal places.
5. The software now retains the last conversation upon startup.
