[1.2.0] Fixed DLC retrieving

• Fixed #1, DLCs should now be retrieved correctly on all games, and there shouldn't be any missing, as long as they have a store page.
  • The old method can be used by creating a [Developer] category and setting RetrieveDLCOption to 1. Check that here.
• Added a small retry feature if a DLC name request fails
• Modified some console prints slightly

NOTE: Deleting the config file is NOT needed if you update from v1.1.0

SteamAutoCracker requires a 64 bits Windows computer.
