After the Oct 21 incident (#47826) we replaced the cosign key that signs our Docker images. These images are signed with the new key from commit e82a3c6

Why a new 1.107 release candidate

Some users are still running the 1.107 release candidates and needed two GitHub Copilot fixes for per-user credentials. This release brings those fixes to that line. If you are not on a 1.107 release candidate, 1.108.0 is the current stable
