• Fixed toolbar/action panel placement issues on small or full-screen selections.
• Fixed save failures being silently ignored; save errors now keep the capture screen open and show a warning.

• Fixed OCR/upload dialogs not restoring the capture toolbar correctly after closing.
• Fixed saved capture notifications so clicking them opens the saved file's folder.
