New preset Far_Clamp allows to display far away polygons. Can fix some games !

FAR_CLAMP (defaut = on)
For sceneries far away that disapeared previsouly
Fix :
- Maximum Speed
- Project Justice Baseball stage
far_clamp: lower the 1/W depth floor to 0.00001 so far scenery keeps its depth order (Maximum Speed)

The default preset for these games have been updated :
- Capcom VS SNK2 - Thanks @Mastercoder6
- Daytona USA (Regression in menu fixed)
- F1 Grand Prix (Should be playable)
- F1 Grand Prix 2 (Playable)
- Faster than speed (Playable !)
- Garou:Mark Of the Wolves (Fatal Fury) - Thanks @Mastercoder6
- Maximum Speed (Playable on Wii, Supported on Wii U !)
- Star Wars Trilogy Arcade
- Street Fighter Zero 3 (clone for SFA3)
- Super Puzzle Fighter II X For Matching Service (untested)
- Vigilante 8 (a bit better)
Doesn't necessarly mean these games are 100% compatible or what. Check Compatibility wiki
Remember that this emulator goal is primary about multiplayer games
