Dino Crisis fix + FMV fix + loading from usb !
⚙️ Improvements
Loading app for usb
it now should work
game_preset.cfg should be loaded in this order :
1/ usb:/apps/nulldc4wii/game_presets.cfg — next to boot.dol
2/ usb:/dreamcast/game_presets.cfg — games folder on the current device
3/ sd:/discs/game_presets.cfg — the historical location
4/ usb:/dreamcast/game_presets.cfg — (same as 2 here; one wasted fopen, harmless)
YUV_STRIDE_PRESET (AUTO)
yuv_stride=auto
This fix a Regression is Soul Calibur
This doesn't make Soul Calibur playable, but I hope this fix will fix stuff in other games.
FMV Regression fixed (1)
this fixes regressions that appeared in alpha 0.63 #106
Other games may be fixed
fixes FMV in many games, including :
- Carrier
- Demolition Racer
- Soldier Of fortune
- Star Wars Racer
- Test Drive 6
Please update wiki if some FMV are fixed (if they are reported as "messy")
FMV Regression fixed (2) (texctl)
yuv_stride=texctl (default)
A second update for FMV fix has been done, it should fix ALL FMV !
fix #94
DINO CRISIS INVENTORY HACK
This preset is targeted to be able to see items in the inventory in every cache mode
(QUALITY was the only working one before but having crappy Frame-rate)
See #123
📝 Presets updated
Splitted HOKUTO HACK into 2 presets
Hokuto hack splitted into 2 presets :
- layer_sort : the manual sorting of textures (maybe usefull in Street Fighter 3 and other 2D games)
- hokuto_hack : the specific Ram adress for recalcitrant textures
Game Presets
The defaut preset for these games have been updated :
- Dino Crisis (Inventory now ok)
- Mars Matrix (being able to see the menu)
- Street Fighter 3.3 (layer_sort instead of Hokuto_hack + some fine tuning)
- Soul Calibur (menu fix)
- Shenmue (uses VERY_FAST+ cache option now, should be faster)
and some minor tweak
