Going fast on this release : Claude Fable 5 is free (for a pro plan) for a few days, so I made a lot of improvement. Needs testing to see if any regression in visual or performance

Menu presets on 2 pages
Too much presets for now, I have to put them in a second page
SPLIT SCREEN (Preset)
Games with split screen multiplayer (like Daytona USA) should work now.
This also should fix any game with multiple camera angle in the screen.
As this affect framerate (-20%), I made a preset. Probably acceptable performance only on Wii U
PUNCH TROUGH (Preset)
Accurate Punch Trough (needs testing)
OFFSET COLOR (Preset)
Accurate offset color. Needs testing
TRANS SORT (Preset)
Sort translucent poly. Needed for Daytona USA menus
RENDER TO TEXT
For games with mirrors/TV-screen. Needs testing
GX FIFO fixes
Some stuff that causes FIFO are fixed. But Castlevania HALL still buggy and FIFO error
Removed RGB565 alpha hack
made for Powerstone 1/2 wasn't necessary anymore
Mimap stuff
Generate GX mip chains for mipmapped textures
twiddle cache stuff
Remove redundant per-decode twiddle table copies in gxRend.cpp
AUTO FRAME SKIP fixes
Fix frameskip: AUTO mode freeze and RTT-pass corruption
Needs testing, doesn't seem to change anything
