This hotfix corrects settings layout problems while keeping the compact 500-point window and the reliability fixes from pre.3.
- Align wrapped descriptions consistently and use a readable secondary-text style across settings pages.
- Keep every settings pane accessible when translated toolbar titles are too wide.
- Show complete cache-action labels, stacking native buttons when a row would truncate them.
- Follow the selected language's writing direction, including Arabic right-to-left layouts.
All 30 supported language variants were checked across all seven settings panes. Full regressions, the universal Release build, launch smoke test, DMG integrity and signatures passed. Requires macOS 13 or later.
