What's improved
- Restored the compact 500-point settings window. All seven settings pages were checked in English and Simplified Chinese, including populated cache lists and expanded options. Long names now expose their full value in help tooltips.
- Fixed automatic icon restoration missing application updates while IconChanger stays running. Each check reads fresh version metadata from disk.
- Kept restoring other apps when one app fails, and made restoration notifications report actual successes and failures.
- Fixed icon changes and restoration for selected folders using the native macOS API, and preserved literal percent characters in target paths.
- Made Dock/menu-bar visibility switches take effect immediately while preserving an entry point, prevented excessively large intervals from crashing, and used native buttons and secure fields for several interactions.
- Improved feedback when macOS rejects an icon change, so an unsuccessful write does not become a successful cache/history entry.
Requires macOS 13 or later. Earlier preview, undo, permission repair, and UI reliability improvements are retained.
