• Update to osu.Game 2020.814.0
• Fix sawblades being too strict
• Added new manual map crafting process

It's now possible to create Rush! maps using the osu! stable beatmap editor.

1. Create a new osu! standard beatmap for your favourite song
2. Add timing points, etc.
3. Add the "crafted" tag to the beatmap options
4. Follow the instructions in the xmldoc here: RushCraftedBeatmapConverter.cs
