Overview

This release introduces Slatepack for manual, out-of-band transaction exchange independent of SBBS, delivers significant performance and parser updates to the Block Explorer, and improves Wallet resilience against malformed peer inputs.

• Wallet: Gracefully handle malformed peer messages in OnTransactionMsg. Replaced debug assertions with safe early returns and logging when receiving unexpected peer inputs (e.g., mismatched TxID types, unexpected IsSender=true, or unsupported tx types).
• Explorer: Restored Treasury view by properly distinguishing explicit height=0 from missing height values (#2064).
• Explorer: Fixed stale per-element state and ignored adjustments in the /blocks view (#2079).
• Contracts / Oracle: Fixed app shader response documents in oracle2 (#2087).
