This release was tested to work with the current debian bullseye image and kodi 19.1.
This script works best if it is executed in a terminal that is not tied to the window manager session that kodi is running on, i.e. ssh into the machine running kodi and then execute the script. You can also execute the script remotely if you provide the address of the machine running kodi with the kodi-variables script and making sure the jsonrpc server is accessible remotely.
