Fixed

• An & right after > or <, as in 2>&1, >&2 and <&2, belongs to the redirection and no longer splits the line into two commands. S010 now reports a label named only in ECHO text such as echo see 2>&1 call :x, and S015 and W004 no longer read echo see 1>&2 goto x as a GOTO. W071 no longer counts >&2 echo %errorlevel% in a block as two commands
