Added

• yamllint checks every YAML file in the repository as part of scripts/verify.py

Fixed

• The install benchmark workflow checks out the repository, uses the matrix Python, and can upload artifacts. Release zips are verified and extracted with the same Blinter-<tag>-Windows-<arch>/blinter.exe layout as the installer
• A version already recorded in pyproject.toml still releases when its git tag does not exist, so a red release run can publish on the next green push

Changed

• Windows release archives are Blinter-v<version>-Windows-x64.zip and Blinter-v<version>-Windows-arm64.zip. Each zip contains a folder of the same name, and install_blinter.cmd downloads that asset
• Until a Windows-named archive is the latest release, install_blinter.cmd also accepts the previous Blinter-<tag>-<arch>.zip name and folder. That fallback is removed in the next release
• The MegaLinter install pin is 1.1.48
