• install_blinter.cmd requires x64 or arm64. With no argument, or any other argument, it downloads nothing. arm64 is refused on a non-ARM64 PC. On ARM64, x64 is allowed and the installer notes that arm64 is the native build
• Each release zip contains a folder with the same name: Blinter-v1.1.46-x64\blinter.exe and Blinter-v1.1.46-arm64\blinter.exe
• The MegaLinter install pin is 1.1.46
