See below for latest changes:
- Multiplayer code is partially working but you can't join any yet due to security of servers.
- Predator Shoulder Cannon targeting reticle works properly.
- Removed "magnetic" two-handed weapons and you now use Left Grip to hold them.
- Fix notes to float in front rather than fixed to head.
- Change Hacking Device to be on left hand, use right hand to attach cable and press right trigger when yellow crosshair is on the panel. To pull up the Hacking Device, motion your left controller to your left shoulder.
- Reload is now a gesture. Move left controller to lower back then move it to weapon.
Caution
The avp2xr.ini will overwrite yours so any customisations you have will be reset. Backup your copy in case.
How to
Download and extract somewhere on your drive. Run Install_avp2vr.bat which will copy the files into the game folder. Run AVP2VR_(SteamVR_runtime).bat to start the game. Ensure SteamVR and Steam Link is running on headset.
Issues
If the game only runs on monitor and its in a small window, then it's likely a 32bit issue. Try installing 32bit DirectX End-User Runtime (June 2010). Download it here.
Restart pc and try again.
If still not work, install VC++ Redistributable x86 (2015–2022) plus (2008/2010).
