We are thrilled to announce the long-awaited major update for Sega Model 3 UI, which fully integrates all features of the dedicated streaming client "StreamReceiver"! 🎉
Previously managed separately, streaming reception, controller/audio/video relay, and real-time chat functionality have now been beautifully unified into a single UI. Directly connect to active host servers, watch and play games, and engage in heated communication with other players, all within the tool itself!

  • 🌐 New "Remote" Tab with Cyber UI Design

  • Added the newly designed "Remote" tab to the main interface. Leveraging Firebase as the backend, you can now view, monitor, and connect to active hosting servers with real-time updates on slot availability and connection status.

  • ⚡ Real-Time Streaming & Ultra-Synchronized Input (Low Latency)

  • Video & Audio Streaming: Natively integrated VideoReceiver, AudioReceiver, and DxRenderer to receive and sync game visuals and audio from the host with extremely low latency.
    Confirmed remote play with a measured latency of just 28ms in Japan-Hong Kong / Hong Kong-Japan (2,550km) tests.

  • Controller Input Relay: Seamlessly and rapidly relay client-side input operations back to the server. Enjoy remote versus and co-op plays without any discomfort or lag.

  • Hybrid Connections: Supports one-click switching between WAN (Internet) and LOCAL (LAN) modes. With built-in UPnP port mapping, the optimal network path is automatically secured based on your environment.

  • 💬 Chat Overlay Functionality

  • Equipped the game window (VideoForm) with a real-time chat overlay in the upper right corner.

  • Simply press Enter in-game to instantly expand the chat input field, allowing you to exchange messages with other players and spectators without interrupting your gameplay.

  • 🔄 Background Version Auto-Synchronization

  • Upon startup, the client automatically cross-references with the version management key located at the Firebase root. This prevents connection issues caused by outdated, incompatible versions and ensures you always have the latest client environment.
