First release candidate for Community Patch v0.1.0

Separately, companion release of Antijank launcher mod;
You can use these steam command line options:

• /diag for diagnostics console.
• /hdiag for harmony patch diagnostics for all mods.
• /fce to report all exceptions in the game the moment they occur.

You can press these keys in the launcher;

• Press ctrl+s in launcher to sort mods.
• Press ctrl+c in launcher to copy selected mod list.
• Press ctrl+v in launcher to paste mod order from list.

Uses medallion topological sorting + user priority by dragging.
Might also improve game performance in general.
Installs into game's dir beside the exe files.
