Added

• --emoji/defaults.emoji in ~/.config/mdcat/config.toml renders GitHub-style emoji
  shortcodes (e.g. :+1:) as Unicode emoji, using the same shortcode names GitHub uses. Off by
  default, to avoid silently changing existing output. Shortcodes inside code spans and code
  blocks are left untouched (see #50).

Fixed

• Frontmatter is now also stripped when the file starts with a UTF-8 byte order mark, when
  it uses TOML +++ delimiters, or when a delimiter line has trailing whitespace (see #52).
