What's Changed
Bug Fixes
- fix: restore VNet body updates without deleting imported children by @andyleejordan in #185
Other Changes
- feat(metadata): add approved module metadata by @jaredfholgate in #175
Upgrade notes
- VNet property changes apply again (#182). v0.22.2's
lifecycle.ignore_changesonbody.properties["subnets"](#169) made Terraform ignore the wholepropertiesobject, so changes toaddress_space,dns_servers,encryption, and other VNet settings planned as no-ops. #185 removes that block. If you changed any of those inputs while on v0.22.2, your first plan on v0.22.3 will show the pending update. - The first plan after importing a VNet shows subnets and peerings removed from the parent body again (#155). That diff only affects the parent body in Terraform state. Real-Azure tests in #185 confirm that Azure keeps subnets and peerings created outside the module when the imported VNet is updated, along with module-managed ones. These tests did not cover IPAM-allocated subnets or vWAN hub connections.
- AzAPI telemetry headers removed. An AVM managed-files update stops sending the
User-Agenttelemetry header on AzAPI requests. Module telemetry throughmodtmis unchanged and still followsenable_telemetry.
No inputs or outputs changed.
