Breaking Changes
- Calls to modules/dev_center_catalog, modules/dev_center_devbox_definition, modules/dev_center_environment_type and modules/dev_center_gallery must now supply location even when enable_telemetry = false. The devbox submodule's existing dev_center_dev_box_definition_location is still its product-resource region; the new location is a separate input used by telemetry.
- Root and child modules require AzAPI ~>2.12. Reconcile older lockfiles with terraform init -upgrade and supply an appropriate AzAPI configuration, including alias mappings where needed for direct child calls.
- Root and all four children enable empty subscription-scoped deployments by default. Grant the AzAPI deployment identity appropriate subscription deployment permissions, for example an appropriately scoped Microsoft.Resources/deployments/* role, or explicitly disable telemetry for each independently invoked module. Resource-group-only permissions can fail.
- Former root modtm/random telemetry resources disappear without removed or moved blocks, so a historical-state plan can include their destruction. Review provider availability and state changes; no safe-migration or no-replacement claim has been verified. New telemetry creates deployment-history records and uses a plan timestamp.
