- Updated CSV file to current Initiative versions in the Starter Kit
- Updated CI/CD docs for Reader role to match script
- Fixing $RoleDefinitions propagation when building the assignment plan (this did not cause an actual failure - it simply cleaned up the accidentally working code with ta deliberate and clean version
