Major new features in 2.8.0:

- Support Mac OS X and Windows Subsystem for Linux installations via
install.sh - Automated Nvidia driver install for NV-series VMs
- Support for CentOS 7.3 NC/NV gpu pools
- Docker engine update to 17.06 for most host OSes
This release also has multiple improvements to deal with very large deployments that use a single image registry with peer-to-peer image replication disabled. Thanks to @mkiernan for helping test this scenario.
